Totals January 2012




Run: 184 miles
Bike: 175 miles
Swim: 0
Strength/core: 370 minutes

Total # of workouts = 50

Run mileage is back up to where it needs to be.

I have a profound lack of speed…  due to the lack of speedwork

But (pun as always intended)

Most importantly my glutes/back/hammies are better…

Your run mileage is just simply awesome....I can hit that if I'm diligent for two months (two good ones that is). Just Awesome.
