Hard to believe it’s over…. And well over as this is a bit late…
A good month though. The best Tour de France I’ve seen in a while… Training volume is up. Health is good
The numbers:
Swim: 13700 yds
Lots of drills this month. I’m on lesson 4 of the ”Perpetual Motion Freestyle in 10 Lessons”... I still kinda suck but now with even more ease and balance!
Bike: 644 mi
Quantity and quality here with 2 100+ mile rides and lots of hills to boot.
Run: 121 mi
Even started to integrate a little speedwork in again.
Strength: 6 hrs
I’ve put on some muscle I think… not too sure I’m crazy about that…
Total: 4218 minutes or 70.3 hours
In non-training news….
Chris @ Maggie Roses Bike Shop
finished restoring my 2001 Lemond Zurich
So I sold my Specialized Allez
We’ve ridden to some interesting places…
Hit some intersting watering holes...
Met some nice folks too..
