I have a brand new 10 mile PR.
Digesting that happy news has led me to ponder the rest of my PRs.
I think that they are all soft.
Well… except for the Marathon PR 3:58 set in 1998 at a time when I weighed 189 pounds.
Here they are….
½ Marathon – 1:54:17
10 Miler – 1:23:24
15k – 1:18:22
10k – 57:25
5k – 24:08
I think that I can beat them all… by next April.
Well that’s it… that is my goal…. Now that it’s publicly stated I guess I better get busy backing it up.
